Day Five
After a week off we were back on the river for part two. There were no portages on this leg and while it started out cool it became a glorious late summer afternoon. We pulled over in a tobacco field and took our time wandering amongst the gargantuan leather leaves. Back on the river the purple flag of Six Nations started showing up on the shore. We pulled over at Chiefwood campground and camped right by the shore, simple and quiet.
